Story · Why I arrived here

Starting with sustainability—and taking methods beyond slogans

My public work spans sustainability, project management, environmental education, and digital tools. PMP project-management training has shaped how I clarify goals, constraints, stakeholders, and completion criteria. Sustainability work keeps a longer question in view: can an idea be understood, shared, and sustained beyond its first delivery?

That interest extends to water-environment education in Chiayi. I have developed public learning activities around urban drainage, water quality, ecological indicators, and field observation—bringing environmental topics out of reports and back into the places where people live.

I also experiment with AI and workflow automation for repetitive knowledge work, including meeting records, research follow-up, and personal knowledge systems. The tool is not the point. The aim is to preserve more time for judgment, communication, and decisions that still require human responsibility.

Approach · How I judge and work

How I work

I prefer to begin with the problem and its real setting, then choose the method. Three principles connect my current public work in sustainability, education, and systems.

  1. Understand the context

Clarify goals, constraints, people, and possible long-term effects before reaching for a single preferred solution.

  2. Make complexity clearer

Organize information, workflows, and decisions into structures that others can understand and use.

  3. Make the method practical

Pay attention to execution, feedback, and maintenance. A prototype, course, or workflow must be tested in a real setting.
